About the role
This position is for an experienced professional with deep knowledge and highly developed technical expertise who leads in the supply and demand planning process, and is responsible for making significant improvements of processes, systems, and products to enhance performance of work area and team. Works with internal and external team leaders to develop financial forecasts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and purchasing process design and optimize for ERP system, such as SAP or oracle.
ERP 系统计划和采购流程的设计和优化,例如SAP 或者APS, MES等.
- Leading the planning and purchasing team ensure to production OTD and shorten LT.
带领计划和采购团队确保订单准时交付及缩短交期。
- Charge for sales order Lead time assessment 主导销售订单交期评审。
- Draft master production plan and shopfloor labor plan编制生产计划和一线人力资源规划。
- Leading SIOP process consistent improvement.主持SIOP流程的持续改善。
- Setup and improve material forecast continuously and manage supplier on time delivery
建立和持续改善物料预测流程,采购流程确保供应商准时交付。
- Consistently improve planning process, specify proper planning strategy for difference customer needs.
持续改善计划流程,针对不同客户和产品制定和主导不同的计划策略满足客户需求。
- Improve inventory level consistently and reduce E&O risk
持续改善库存水平,减少呆滞库存风险。
- Review with supplier regularly to focus on supplier forecast & inventory status, and take corrective
Actions。 定期和供应链回顾供应商预测,计划,采购生产,库存状况,并采用相关改善行动。
- Synergy with NPI and R&D team for new product material and planning process improvement
协同NPI和研发团队主导新产品物料采购和计划流程。

Requirements
Minimum Requirements
Requires advanced to expert knowledge obtained through advanced education, combined with experience
Substantial knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems to make enhancements within job area
University Degree or equivalent
A minimum of 7 years prior relevant experience
OR
An advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years experience
