Role Responsibilities:

• Provide heat transfer and thermodynamics expertise in the development of next generation high efficiency and environmentally friendly HVAC/R systems
• Lead air-conditioning and refrigeration component/system modeling tasks including model requirement development, model test plan creation and model verification & validation.
• Propose new projects with necessary supporting material
• Manage moderately sized projects or process
• Coaches, reviews, and delegates work to lower level professionals.
• Manage moderately sized team

Minimum Requirements:

• MS degree or above in thermal, refrigeration and air-conditioning or fluid machinery with 8+ year experience (MS) and 4+ year experience (PhD).
• Strong background in heat transfer, thermodynamics
• Modeling experience of 1D thermal fluid systems.
• Engineering experience in design or application of HVAC/R or Power plant equipment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong verbal and written English skills
• Ability to collaborate across functions.
• Expert knowledge of modeling discipline.
• Expert knowledge of project and process management.
• Expert knowledge of team management
