主要职责

Major Responsibility

1. 制定产品制程质量控计划并组织实施

Develop product process quality control plan and organize its implementation

2. 日常质量管理，确保生产和运行中质量控制过程稳定，识别变更要素。

Daily quality management, ensure the stability of quality control process in production and operation, and identify change factors.

3. 收集和汇总分析质量数据，提交质量报告。识别质量问题，制定质量改善项目推动团队实施

Summarize and analyze quality data. submit quality reports. Identify quality problems, develop quality improvement projects and promote team implementation

4.质量问题处理，制定和实施纠正和预防措施

Handling quality issues. Developing and implementing corrective and preventive measures.

任职资格Requirement

最低学历要求Education

本科及以上学历，制冷、机械、电气等工科专业。

Bachelor's degree or above with majoring in HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and related.

6西格玛绿带

ISO 9001 Internal Auditor，Six sigma green belt

相关工作经验

Working experience

具5年以上产品质量管理经验，有转子压缩机相关工作经验者优先。

More than 5 years product quality management experience. Rotary compressor related work experience is preferred.

技能要求

Job skill

英语/日语 书写口语良好，熟练运用办公软件、Minitab.

有良好的数理统计分析能力，熟练使用质量工具(8D,FMEA,SPC,MSA,CP,PPAP)

Good written and spoken English, proficient in office software, Minitab. Good mathematical statistical analysis ability, skilled use of quality tools (8D,FMEA,SPC,MSA,CP,PPAP)
