About the role

Key Responsibilities:

As a (specify role), you’ll be responsible for:

• 负责开发新的 VRF 产品，包括新部件的选择和评估、系统开发和模拟/实验评估，以实现新产品的发布。

• 提出降低系统成本的想法，以实现 B/C 计划目标。

• 可独立进行 VRF 系统设计和优化，包括组件选择、领导实验室测试和独立解决问题。

• 制定详细的产品开发计划并能够独立领导新产品开发。

• 与跨职能团队合作，推动 VRF等 产品的开发/改进。

• 继续分析竞争对手的数据，优化系统性能、可靠性和成本。

• 主管安排的其他工作项目。

Requirements

We are looking for people who have R&D experience in central air-conditioning systems. If this is you, get in touch.

As a minimum you must have:

• Requires advanced knowledge obtained through a University degree, combined with experience.
• Practical to substantial knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.
• University Degree or equivalent.
• A minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years experience.

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:
