Accountabilities 基本职责
Thermodynamic based modeling and optimization of chiller system design;
Develop chiller system architecture that meets or exceeds the product development requirements;
Develop heat exchanger components in collaboration with heat transfer technology;
Confirm product design performance, capability and reliability in the engineering product test laboratory;
Collaborate with the compression development team to seamlessly integrate the compressor 
design into the chiller design;
Collaborate with manufacturing faculties to effectively implement design into production;
Collaborate with the product marketing teams globally to develop product requirements and make sure that the product meets their needs when launched.
Qualification & Requirement任职资格
Education教育背景    MS in Refrigeration Engineering / Power engineering / Turbo machinery / heat transfer or other related engineering
Technical certification
专业/资格    
Work experience
工作经验    0 to 3 years of experience in any above technology area

Computer skills
计算机水平    Proficiency with MS Office, specifically Word, PowerPoint and Excel VBA. Experience with FORTRAN/C/MatLab/Python software for engineering simulation, optimization and data analysis.
Language ability
语言能力    English skills - oral, reading and writing fluently, CET-6 must.
Personality
性格特点    Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good organizational skills with attention to detail
