About the role
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with global talent CoE to implement and deploy standard talent approach under LDR and succession, culture & engagement, performance and individual development value streams.
- Talent reporting enhancements, maintain and analyze talent dashboard to ensure data accuracy and consistency in a timely manner.
- Support talent system configuration testing and notification validating before activity launch, ensure smooth user experience under expected features and eligibility.
- Talent development related knowledge articles’ creation and management.
- Global learning and development programs management, support training transaction tasks and collaborate with global project team to nurture great participants’ learning experience.
- Pull machine translation for talent related resources and materials, validate the translation and modify the content to ensure a high quality local market delivery.
- Handle complex query consulting in Service Now system within aligned metrics and engaged customer satisfaction, summarize and escalate most frequent asked questions to enhance knowledge transformation in the organization.
- Promote and sustain Inclusion & Diversity practices, embed core culture led behaviors in multiple tasks and communications.
- Global merge & acquisition projects’ TLD integration support
- Ad hoc regional requests aligned to global talent strategy & ESG goals
Requirements
- Graduate or postgraduate from a university / institution of repute with Human Resources, Organization Behavior, or similar background
- Relevant HR functional experience of 3-5 years, ideally in Talent, L&D, HR generalist or similar functional expertise area with a multi-national organization
- A teamwork player with ability to adapt to fast change environment, agility with high level resilience.
- Advanced reporting/presentations and Insights driving skills (Excel pivot tables, PPT, Power BI)
- Strong project management competence and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ownership on execution multiple tasks with a high drive for results.
- Proven digital literacy competence for Microsoft software (PPT/Word/Excel) and Teams/ Zoom meeting.
- Good command of Japanese and English as working language.
