Sr. System Engineer

Accountabilities:

- Be responsible for developing new VRF product including new components selection and evaluation, system development and simulation/experiment evaluation to achieve new product release.

- Initiate ideas for system cost reduction to achieve Schedule B/C target

- Perform VRF system design and optimization including component selection, leading lab test and solving problems independently.

- Create detailed plan and lead product development.

- Team up with cross function team to drive development/improvement of VRF products.

- Continue analysis of competitor’s data and optimization of system performance, reliability and cost.

- Other work items arranged by supervisor

Qualification & Requirement：

- Education: Thermodynamics, Refrigeration &Cryogenics or HVAC

- Work experience: 5 years (Master) or >8 years (Bachelor) of experience in VRF/LC product development

- Computer skills: Familiar with office software, experiences in Excel VBA/Dymola or other simulation tools is a plus.

- Language ability: Fluent English (both written and spoken)

- Personality: Result oriented, customer focus and good team player of multi-disciplinary teams to successfully achieve technical objectives under time constraints; an entrepreneurial attitude towards innovation.

- Other competencies: Solid technical writing, presentation and communication skill, project planning and organizational skill.
