角色职责:

• 负责对空调新品开发过程中性能、舒适性及可靠性的测试评价方案的制定；
     Be responsible for formulating the test and evaluation scheme of performance, comfort and reliability during the development of new air conditioners;
• 制定测试方案和判定标准，跟进研发项目的测试进展，对风险项问题进行跟踪闭环确认。
     Formulate test plan and judgment benchmark, follow up the test progress of R&D projects, and track and confirm the risk issues in closed loop.
• 负责测试方法的研究及完善、测试人员的技术培训等工作。
     Be responsible for research and improvement of testing methods, technical training of testers, etc.

最低要求:

• 2年以上制冷空调研发/性能测试经验
    More than 2 years of experience in R&D/performance testing of refrigeration and air conditioning
• 熟悉空调产品研发业务流程及相关测试评价业务；
    Be familiar with the R&D business process of air conditioning products and relevant test and evaluation business;
• 熟悉AUTOCAD绘图软件,熟练掌握Office办公软件。
    Be familiar with AUTOCAD and Office software
