Scope of work 工作范围
负责总装轻商现场工艺团队管理工作，负责轻商机、变频机、小多联、风管机、分体机等产品线的现场工艺工作； 
Accountabilities 基本职责

1.    生产过程维持；现场生产制造、品质异常处理；来料、制单、商检、装配设计等；
2.    不合格品处理方案制定、返工方案出具;
3.    生产技术方案、工艺规范与标准制定，编制与发布；
4.    工具工装的设计与制作，新工艺、新工具引入，工装治具的设计于制作；
5.    人员定编、员工培训，新员工培训及关键岗位员工培训认证
6.    线平衡，生产岗位排布与分析。
7.    工艺路线制定、设计方案设计变更与变更流程编制；
8.    新生产线设计，新生产模式、物流等革新项目的设计开展与主导；
9.    成本优化改善，损耗降低改善的组织开展与实施；
10.    现场定容、定量、定制、5S，目视化改善的推进与实施
Qualification & Requirement任职资格
Education教育背景    全日制大专以上
Technical certification
专业/资格    机械工程、IE、电气工程、自动化等专业
熟悉轻商空调产品的生产工艺与加工工艺。
Work experience
工作经验    3年以上空调行业工作经验，
有带团队的经验，具备较强的组织协调能力；
Computer skills
计算机水平    熟悉office办公软件，CAD、UG\proE
Language ability
语言能力    普通话、英语
Personality
性格特点    严谨细致、开朗外向，有良好的沟通能力

Qualification & Requirement任职资格:

For example, minimum 3 years working experience in HVAC; minimum 5 years working experience in marketing for related industry.
