角色职责:

• Develop chiller electrical system that meets the product development requirements in collaboration with chiller system engineer. Electrical system includes control panel, power box, VFD application, cable harness, sensors and actuators and other electrical components.
• Lead electrical components/functions/system qualification, including planning and verification testing in the laboratory and at field.
• Investigate, analyze and correct the problem and Issue which is found at the lab or job site.
• Work with design team and manufacturing team to effectively implement design into production.
• Work with cross functional team on cost reductions projects.
• Work with service team to develop after marketing opportunities and projects.
• Collaborate with quality team for production quality improvement.
• Collaborate with manufacturing faculties to effectively implement design into production.

角色 目的:

• Be professional on HVAC equipment electrical design with process and method excellence, such as DFMEA library and RRCA tools.
• Chance to lead some projects as PM with the capability growth from new product development process practice.
• Work with cross functional team closely.

最低要求:

• Bachelor or above degree with major in electrical or related area

• HVAC industry experience (preferred)

  Power and control panel mechanical and structural design experience (preferred)

  Thermal CFD simulation ability (preferred)

• Over 3 years’ experience on equipment electrical design

• Fluent English in both writting and speaking

• Be familiar with Oscilloscope, power meter and similar tools application. (preferred)
