Accountabilities 基本职责
- Be responsible for developing new or innovative light commercial system solutions including new components, system, conducting static system modeling and simulation to evaluate different concepts to achieve new levels of energy efficiency and system integration.
- Perform light commercial heat pump system design and optimization including component selection, leading lab test and solving problems independently.
- Create detailed plan and lead system development.
- Team up with new product development engineers to drive development/improvement of light commercial products.
- Continue analysis of competitor’s data and optimization of system performance, reliability and cost.
- Other work items arranged by supervisor
Qualification & Requirement任职资格
Education教育背景 Thermodynamics, Refrigeration &Cryogenics or Heat transfer.
Technical certification
专业/资格 Master or Bachelor
Work experience
工作经验 >4 years (Master) or >7 years (Bachelor) of experience in commercial VRF product development
Computer skills
计算机水平 Familiar with office software, experiences in Transys/Excel VBA/Dymola or other simulation tools is a plus.
Language ability
语言能力 Fluent English (both written and spoken)
Personality
性格特点 Result oriented, customer focus and good team player of multi-disciplinary teams to successfully achieve technical objectives under time constraints; an entrepreneurial attitude towards innovation.
Other competencies
其他能力 Solid technical writing, presentation and communication skill, project planning and organizational skill.
