About the role

Key Responsibilities:

1、销售支持：配合销售团队，进行经销商年度囤货协议的签订（年度政策管理

• 负责年度、季度、促销政策测算与审批流转，并及时更新政策流转状态。
• 政策及时下发至销售团队，并提供相应信息支持与沟通。

2、返利核算

• 依据经销合同条款与返利政策，综合经销商销售额、销售目标达成率、产品销售结构等数据，精准计算季度返利、年度返利、特殊奖励等各类返利金额，确保核算过程合规、高效。
• 标准化返利处理流程，及时与销售反馈与沟通，保障返利核算与支付的准确性和及时性。

3、价格体系维护与管理

• 负责公司价格体系的日常维护与更新，确保各类产品的价格信息准确无误地在公司内部系统上呈现。

4、参与公司价格管理相关 IT 系统的建设与优化工作，提出功能需求与改进建议，提升价格管理工作的效率与准确性

Requirements

1、 本科及以上学历，财务、会计、经济学、工商管理等相关专业优先

2、拥有 3  年以上定价管理工作经验，有特定行业（如制造业、快消、医药等）成本定价经验者优先，

3、有销售系统维护经验者优先。

4、熟悉所在行业的市场价格特点，能够快速适应并精准把握行业定价模式。 5、精通 Excel 等办公软件；逻辑思维与问题解决能力
