Role Responsibilities:

  • Establishes long-term financial strategies in Carrier CSAME (North Asia), including financial planning, cost reduction strategies and driving commercial growth & value management.
  • Leads, directs, and controls financial activities to support the short and long-term strategic business plans of the organization, including revenue policies, and cost modeling to ensure that financial commitments are met.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to embed financial metrics into business decision-making.
  • Lead financial or budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency.
  • Directs the organization's financial activities to ensure they are conducted accurately, ethically, consistently and according to relevant regulations, laws, standards, procedures and policies.
  • Advises leadership on current and future financial matters that impact the operations of the organization.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing finance team across CSAME (North Asia)

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years in experience in Finance roles of increasing responsibility with an emphasis on FP&A, Finance Business Partnering and financial processes.
  • At least 5 years in a multinational industrial or manufacturing enterprise. Proven track record in managing financial operations across North Asia and international markets.
  • ​Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or MBA; CPA/CMA/ACCA certification required; CFA preferred.
  • ​​Bilingual proficiency (English and Chinese) with experience ​leading multicultural teams to achieve integrated financial and operational targets
  • Ability to operate in a matrixed organization
  • Experienced leader with proven track record of building succession and developing talent
