Digital AI Product Owner - HVAC Asia Pacific & Middle East

·Define the product vision and strategy based on user needs and market trends, in close collaboration with our Carrier Intelligence Digital team {AI & Analytics Product Management team}

·Collaborate with stakeholders to gather product requirements and prioritize features.

·Oversee the AI product development lifecycle, from conception to launch.

·Analyze and interpret data to inform product decisions and drive innovation.

·Develop and manage training, validation, and test data sets.

·Build process maps, personas, user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes to help customers understand the product vision.

·Conduct market research into existing products and solutions.

·Facilitate workshops and interviews to understand customer goals and pain points and identify opportunities where AI can have a significant positive impact.

·Ensure the accuracy and accessibility of AI data, and present it in a manner that is comprehensible to non-technical personnel.

·Qualifications:

·Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

·Proven experience in AI technologies, machine learning, and product development.

·Strong understanding of AI algorithms and capabilities.

·Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

·Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

·Strong communication and presentation skills.

·Experience with AI/ML, data analytics, and product management.

·Knowledge of Agile methodologies, frameworks, and processes.

·Experience with DataIku, PowerBI, amazn quicksight, Iceberg, NExla, snowflake, Athena, AWS Glue, Ataccama, ETL, data modeling, and analytics

·Ability to speak/read/write Mandarin. Other regional languages will be a plus

·Preferred Skills:

·Experience with AI applications in the HVAC industry.

·Certification as a product owner.

·Familiarity with business processes and technologies for gathering, analyzing, and providing access to AI data.
