About the role

• 负责螺杆及离心压缩机电气部件（包含电机、执行器、热保护、接线端子）的设计开发。与供应商、压缩机团队、工厂以及第三方机构合作以确保电气部件的高可靠性、高效率以及低更本。

• Responsible for the specification, design, development, and qualification of compressor electrical components, including motors, Magnetic bearing, actuators, and terminals. Collaborate closely with suppliers, compressor engineering teams, manufacturing sites, and certification agencies to ensure the electrical components used in compressors meet requirements for reliability, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• 根据压缩机设计目标，定义电机的技术指标及工程要求；Define motor specifications and engineering requirement based on design objectives of compressors
• 与供应商协作完成电机选型及设计，支持供应商完成电机合格化测试；Collaborate with the vendor to complete motor selection and design, and complete motor qualification test with the vendor’s assistance
• 为压缩机测试提供电机相关的支持，完成电机在压缩机上的合格化测试；Provide motor related support for compressor test, and complete motor qualification test in compressor.

Requirements

As a minimum you must have:

• 本科以上学历，电机工程与制造专业。

  Bachelor Minimum.  

  Major in Electrical/Motor Engineering

• 了解电机的生产制造工艺, 熟悉测试优先

  熟悉电机有限元分析软件优先

  有制冷压缩机电机经验者优先

  有磁悬浮轴承设计或应用经验者优先

  Good understanding of motor manufacturing processes, Motor test experience preferred

  FEA experience preferred

  HVAC motor experience preferred

  Magnetic bearing design and application experience preferred.

• 熟悉Office，CAD工具。

  优秀的书面和口头表达能力。

  能够应用英语进行技术沟通

  Familiar with MS Office and CAD software

  Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  Be able to speak and write English for technical communication.
