Roles & Responsibilities :

The Carrier Financial Leadership Program (FLP) is one of development opportunities for associates who want to explore key functional areas within corporate finance – Accounting, Finance, Financial Planning and Analysis, and Financial Operations. Financial Leadership Program Participants should possess an Accounting or Finance degree with a strong academic record that demonstrates leadership ability, along with proven analytical, communication, organizational and time management skills.

Program Rotations :

The Financial Leadership Program consists of three unique 1-year rotations that may take place at our various business unit sites. The rotation goal is to broaden your finance and accounting knowledge, support to establish a professional network and provide in-depth exposure to various Carrier products. Program participants will be evaluated by their direct functional supervisor during each rotational period.

Assignments:

Accounting: AP Accounting, AR Accounting, General Accounting, Inter-company Accounting, Internal & External Audit, Labor, Overhead Accounting and Tax Accounting

Financial Planning and Analysis: Budget Variance, Business Analysis, Financial Reporting, Forecasting, Planning, Valuation, consolidating and reporting business performance and operating plan.

Internal Control: CAR application & tracking perform e-SOX review and FA impairment review, monthly closing and account reconciliation review, and preliminary review of business control reports.

Qualifications :

Bachelor-Degrees or above, Finance Related Major Preferred

1-2 years working experience in Finance preferred

Good Communication Skills in both English and Chinese

Good Collaboration and Interpersonal Skills

Experienced in Office Applications

Proven Analytical and Time Management Skills
