Job Description

• Responsible for the introduction of lean management methods and concepts, to promote the production site facilities and equipment and assembly line layout, process innovation, and promote visual management and standardization of work in the manufacturing system;
• Responsible for the continuous improvement of lean production, supervise and check the implementation of lean production in the production departments of group companies and subsidiaries, and solve the on-site process problems;
• Responsible for the development of standard working hours, the overall promotion, audit and improvement and enhancement work, improve the management mechanism; through the IE approach, optimization and improvement of the process, fixtures and fittings, staffing and structure;
• Have a certain understanding of production information technology, responsible for production information project requirements and assist in the development of relevant programs, organization and implementation;
• Responsible for lean production, 6S and other advanced production management organization and implementation;
• Establish and improve the lean production talent training mechanism, promote the improvement of lean production capacity of middle and grassroots management personnel, organize and carry out the training and assessment of lean production methods and tools, and form a systematic lean capability;
• Assist in optimizing the operation strategy at the level of the whole group of companies, promote the promotion and implementation of industrial engineering technology and automation, enhance the equipment and facilities planning capabilities, and support the company's new business development;
• Assist in the company's manufacturing cost accounting, and regularly issue relevant reports to promote cost reduction, cost reduction and efficiency;

• Manages a large team focused on major projects specific to implementing lean, continuous improvement, and six sigma (Process Certification) processes in accordance with the Carrier Excellence Criteria and program directives.
• Oversees the tactical deployment of Carrier Excellence tools and methodologies in business and manufacturing environments to drive best in class processes while gaining recognition as an Carrier Excellence Practitioner/Carrier Excellence Master.
• Assists with the identification of best practices related to quality control procedures that will be used to effectively evaluate an organization's products.
• Leads Carrier Excellence Site Assessments to enable Carrier Excellence site and cell certifications.
• Evaluates monthly Carrier Excellence Performance Metrics to ensure that organization objectives in the areas of cost, efficiency, and quality are met.
• Directs team to demonstrate proper application and interpretation of the Carrier Excellence criteria in order to gain certification as an Carrier Excellence Silver/Gold assessor.
• Develops a plan for Carrier Excellence training, provides expertise and guides content development for Carrier Excellence training materials to ensure a successful Carrier Excellence Certification Program.

Minimum Requirements

• Requires broad management and leadership knowledge to lead project teams.
• University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience.
• Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
