About the role

This position is for a senior professional with deep knowledge and highly developed technical expertise in Program Management, who leads medium-sized programs. Develops program plans, schedules, and budgets. Supports strategic planning efforts, solutions for program problems, contract negotiations, and manages important vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will be responsible for Commercial HVAC new product development program execution including the below:

• Program Leadership - Defines the vision, selects, develops the program & team and inspires

• Program Execution/Risk Management - Manages program and anticipates risks

• Driving ownership & Accountability - takes responsibility for tasks and accepts consequences of actions

• Planning & Organization - Structures/staffs plan to meet program requirements

• Business Judgment - considers big picture, long term goals, & competing priorities

Requirements

As a minimum you must have:

Typical Educational Requirements:

• BA/BS degree in Engineering or Business with 5+ years of related experience or

• MA/MS degree in Engineering or Business with 3+ years of related experience

Key Qualifications:

• Project management experience a plus

• Results driven style

• Strong communication skills with ability to interact within a cross functional team

• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

• Customer-focused

• Sense of urgency, self-motivated, commitment, and sense of ownership is a must

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
