1.职位名称: Product Engineer_AC

2.工作职责:

• Act as the technical bridge between factory operations and R&D, Quality, Production, and Procurement, providing comprehensive production and after‑sales technical support for commercial air‑conditioning screw chillers.
• Lead technical preparation work for new product MCS prototype trial runs and actively coordinate communication and collaboration among internal factory departments.
• Rapidly respond to production line abnormalities, drive root cause analysis (RCA), define both temporary and long‑term corrective actions, track effectiveness, and drive improvements in product manufacturability and reliability.
• Participate in departmental initiatives for cost reduction, quality improvement, localization, and quality enhancement projects.
• Collaborate with the Quality Department to resolve field failure issues reported from customer sites.

3录用条件：

1). Education: Bachelor or Master degree in Refrigeration & Cryogenics, Thermal Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field in Refrigeration Engineering

2). Work experience:

• 3+ years of experience in commercial air‑conditioning/chiller industry preferred
• Solid understanding of chiller system components (compressors, heat exchangers, expansion valves, controllers) including working principles and sizing/matching; familiarity with GB/T 18430, AHRI 550/590, or equivalent standards.
• Knowledge of chiller performance testing procedures and hands‑on experience in analyzing common quality issues during commissioning and troubleshooting.

4). Language ability: English skills - oral, reading and writing fluently

5). Personality:

• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent cross‑functional communication and conflict‑resolution skills.
• English Proficiency: Fluent in written English for independent preparation of technical reports and emails; good spoken English for participation in English‑language meetings and direct communication with international colleagues or clients.
• Analytical & Problem‑Solving: Logical, data‑driven troubleshooting mindset.
• Self‑Motivation & Resilience: Comfortable with factory pace, available for on‑site support during production emergencies, with a strong sense of ownership.
