Quality Manager

• 负责末端工厂的全面质量管理，策划和管理来料质量管理、过程质量管理、供应商质量、生产质量管理,
• Responsible for comprehensive quality management at the AS/LCML factory, Planning and Management including incoming material quality control, process quality management, supplier quality, and production quality management.
• 带领团队进行日常质量管理，确保生产和运行中质量控制过程稳定，识别变更要素。
• Daily quality management, ensure the stability of quality control process in production and operation, and identify change factors.
• 收集和汇总分析质量数据，提交质量报告。识别质量问题，制定质量改善项目推动团队实施
• Summarize and analyze quality data. submit quality reports. Identify quality problems, develop quality improvement projects and promote team implementation.
• 质量问题处理，管理质量工程师团队制定和实施纠正和预防措施
• Handling quality issues. Management quality engineer team to develop and implementing corrective and preventive measures.

任职资格Requirement ​

• 本科及以上学历，制冷、机械、电气等工科专业。

  Bachelor's degree or above with majoring in HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and related.

• ISO 9001内审员，熟练掌握IATF16949

  6西格玛绿带

  ISO 9001 Internal Auditor，IATF16949，Six sigma green belt

• 具10年以上产品质量管理经验，3年以上部门管理经验

  More than 5 years product quality & 3+ years of department management experience
