Quality Manager

角色职责:
Maintain and optimize the quality system and procedures to meet ISO9001/IATF16949 requirements
Implement TQM to have the whole organization involvement to assure product quality performance, cultivate a proactive quality culture.
Drive and implement continuous improvement to meet and exceed customer expectations, improve company quality competence and reputations.
Lead cross functional team to handle customer complaints and drive problem solving process and results.
Minimize the cost of product quality (TCOPQ), reduce customer escapes and supplier PPM
Support NPD (new product development) and cost reduction team to qualify and develop new local suppliers with Carrier quality standard to make sure consistent quality performance.
Manage supplier quality performance and take lead on supplier quality development
Work with Corporate quality and cross functional team to get alignment on global quality strategy, standards and quality initiatives.
Lead the material review board (MRB) to evaluate and make decisions for parts and products deviation to support manufacturing and customer delivery
Provide leadership and hands on training for quality team development.
Handle audits from the third party in terms of quality system certification, product certification, manufacturing license certification as well as customer on site quality audit and internal audit.
最低要求:
Bachelor degree of Science in Engineering
Strong analytic thinking and very good knowledge in quality systems, quality tools and problem shooting methodologies.
10+ years relevant work experience with 3+ years’ quality manager experience in industrial manufacturing multinationals.
Open minded, self-motivated, result oriented and work under pressure.
Strong teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent English of reading, writing and speaking.
