About the role

Design & development of new screw compressor and technique support for air-conditioning heat pump and refrigeration products.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Screw Compressor Mechanical Engineer , you’ll be responsible for:

• 进行制冷螺杆压缩机及零部件设计。Analysis and design of refrigerant screw compressor and components.  

• 图纸的审核和技术要求文档的制定。Drawing check and made engineering requirement. 

• 制定性能和可靠性试验计划。Plan the performance and reliability test. 

• 在部件制造时对供应商提供技术支持。 Technically support to the supplier on component manufacturing. 

• 对产品遇到的问题进行分析和不断改进。Analysis compressor problem and improve the product. 

Requirements

As a minimum you must have:

• 具3年以上螺杆压缩机设计开发经验。需要扎实的技术和沟通能力。熟练掌握FEA分析工具者优先。有跨国公司工作经验者优先。熟悉铸件及精加工件的生产及制造流程者优先;有压缩机性能/结构/气动分析经验者优先。 
• At least three years experience in the design and development of screw compressors. Strong technical and communication skills are required. Skilled FEA analysis skill is required. Experience working in a global environment is highly desired. With compressor performance/structure/aerodynamic analysis experience is preferred. Familiar with the manufacture process of casting and machining parts is desired.
