Major Responsibilities:

·       Collaborate with the global talent CoE, HR partners, and business leaders to plan and execute Talent & Learning activities with a focus on great customer experience.

·       Management of global Talent & Learning programs, support vendor management, coordinate schedules, resources and communication with participants., support maintenance of the program dashboards.

·       Support translation validation for global training materials and coordinate sessions in local languages.

·       Handle complex query consulting in Service Now system within certain SLA and customer satisfaction rating, summarize and escalate most frequently asked questions to enhance knowledge transformation in the organization.

·       Talent & Learning related knowledge articles’ creation and management.

·       Promote and sustain Leading People the Carrier Way and Carrier Excellence ecosystem, embed core culture led behaviors in the daily operations.

·       Utilize AI toolkit to enhance existing process and support build for scale automation.

·       Deployment and follow-up of additional global projects.

Pre-requisites

·       Graduate or postgraduate from a university / institution of repute with Human Resources or similar background

·       Relevant HR functional experience of 5-7 years, ideally in Talent & Learning operations’ management, HR generalist or similar functional expertise area with a multi-national organization

·       Proficient in global Talent & Learning management systems, including but not limited to Workday, Workday learning, ServiceNow and Copilot AI agent.

·       Good presentation and interpersonal skills. 

·       Strong ownership on execution multiple tasks with a high drive for results.

·       Proven digital literacy competence for AI tools and Microsoft software (PPT/Word/Excel) and zoom meeting.

·       Good command of English as working language and flexible to attend evening/morning meetings with global stakeholders.
