角色职责:

• Manage electronics and electromechanical categories including PCBA, motor, wire harness etc.
• Category management and develop local sourcing strategy aligning with global strategy to achieve best TCO and business terms.
• Lead and drive the projects of China localization, cost reduction and NPI (New Product Introduction) to achieve cost competence and ensure supply chain readiness.
• Lead negotiations with supplier for cost reduction and other commercial terms to meet company key business requirements.
• Conduct supply market intelligence and work with regional & global commodity manager to develop new suppliers and optimize supply base. 
• Supplier partnership development and promote suppliers’ performance to higher level. 
• Support all the other activities and programs related to supplier (Supplier Gold, ProCert, Lean manufacturing etc.)

最低要求:

• At least bachelor degree. Majoring, economics, electronic and electrical is preferred.
• More than 10 years working experience in purchasing and commodity management. Team leader experience is preferred. CPSM or CIPS certificate is a plus. 
• Excellent capabilities of category management, sourcing strategy and negotiations. 
• Experience in HVAC, automation or automobile. High Mix Low Volume industry is preferred. 
• Be able to read drawings and understand quality concepts and tools.
• Fluent verbal and written English are required.
• Strong mindset of leadership and ownership. Be open-minded, self-motivated, pro-active
• Good communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Good computer skills, excellent data analysis.
