角色职责:

• Work closely with operation team to develop short term and long-range business plan

• Responsible for the monthly forecast and annual planning

• Continuously optimize and streamline forecasting process

• Improve the accuracy of financial forecast

• Assessing business risks and opportunities in driving continuous cost reduction and plan target completion

• Preparing cash flow and payback analysis for asset investment

• Monitor and tracking operation results providing effective suggestions in daily operation, generating the actions/measures to achieve productivity target

• Support to drive improvement in asset management performance and work with operations to achieve payment and inventory management target

• Responsible for functional cost analysis

• Prepare and coordinate monthly operation reviews (MOR) and productivity review

• Strategy projects support and analysis

• Support on finance team digitalization and automation

• Ad hoc requests

• Link day-to-day operational activities with financial outcomes

• Provide forward-looking insights on cost, cash flow, and working capital to support informed operational decisions

• Acts as a finance business partner, driving performance visibility, risk awareness, and continuous improvement across operations

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing FP&A

• Proficiency with SAP, Hyperion
