About the role

Experienced Mechanical Engineer. Executes elements of product development activities and testing. Responsible for enhancing commonality and optimization of product and components.

Key Responsibilities:

新产品开发(new product development)

• 根据压缩机设计目标，定义电机的技术指标及工程要求；Define motor specifications and engineering requirement based on design objectives of compressors

• 与供应商协作完成电机选型及设计，支持供应商完成电机合格化测试；Collaborate with the vendor to complete motor selection and design, and complete motor qualification test with the vendor’s assistance.

• 为压缩机测试提供电机相关的支持，完成电机在压缩机上的合格化测试；Provide motor related support for compressor test, and complete motor qualification test in compressor.

• 负责电机图纸及数据发布；Be responsible for motor drawing and engineering data release.

• 负责磁轴承执行器的设计、仿真与测试；Be responsible for Magnetic bearing actuator design, simulation and test.

• 压缩机上其它电气元件的合格化认证。Be responsible for other electrical components qualification test.

工厂支持（Sustaining）

• 为工厂和销售选型提供电机方面的技术支持；Provide motor related support for factory and sales.

• 根据工厂及市场部要求，提供压缩机电机性能改进以及降成本方案；Provide motor performance improvement and cost saving solution per the request from the factory and marketing.

• 为工厂压缩机技术部门电机及其他电气元件的降成本项目提供技术支持。Provide technique support for motor and other electrical components schedule B project from factory compressor engineering team.

质量问题解决(Quality issue resolved)

• 协助质量部门和压缩机团队，进行压缩机电机和其它电气部件失效原因分析；Conduct root cause analysis on failures of motors and other electrical components with the quality and compressor team. 

• 审核供应商制造工艺，和供应商协作提出整改方案; Review the vendor’s process and implement solutions to improve reliability and quality of motors and other electrical components. 

• 支持工厂和销售解决客户现场问题。Provide support for field issue to factory and sales.

新技术引进（New technique importing）

• 关注电机与磁轴承方面的最新科技并研究应用于压缩机的可行性。Stay on top of latest and advanced technologies on motors and magnetic bearings,  and study the feasibility in compressor application.

Requirements

As a minimum you must have:

• Requires advanced knowledge obtained through a University degree, combined with experience
• Practical to substantial knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work
• University Degree or equivalent
• A minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience
• OR
• An advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years experience
