About the role

The Senior Software Engineer(Cloud Native) is responsible for the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of sales selection tool of HVAC products.  Interaction with the Quality Assurance, Technical Support, Documentation, Training, and Product Management teams, as well as research staff and customers, will be required on a periodic basis.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Sr Eng, Software Engrg，you’ll be responsible for:

• Participate in the full life cycle of sales selection software development from specification and design through implementation, unit testing, and code maintenance.

• Work with research staff to design, implement, and commercialize new technologies.

• Provide product engineering support to sales staff and value-added resellers.

• Be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and stay informed about current technologies

Requirements

As a minimum you must have:

• B.S or M.S in computer science, information technology and related discipline.

• 5+ years’ experience on CNCF tools (Kubernetes/ArgoCD/Istio/Knative etc.)

• 3+ years’ experience on cloud development like AWS/Azure/Alibaba Cloud etc.

• 3+ years’ experience on containerization using Docker for Linux/Windows.

• 2+ years’ experience on API/microservice development written in C#/Go/Python etc.

• 2+ years’ experience on database development for PostgreSQL/MongoDB.

• 1+ years’ experience on maintaining cloud native tools like KubeEdge.

• 1+ years’ experience on applying best practices of GitOps.

• Excellent team collaboration/communication skills are required.

• Fluent English is a big plus.
