Sr Quality Supervisor

角色职责:

• Develop product process quality control plan and organize its implementation

• Daily quality management, ensure the stability of quality control process in production and operation, and identify change factors.

• Summarize and analyze quality data. submit quality reports. Identify quality problems, develop quality improvement projects and promote team implementation

• Handling quality issues. Developing and implementing corrective and preventive measures.

角色 目的:

• Responsible for all manufacturing process to the required quality standards of carrier and relevant national and international regulations.

最低要求:

• Bachelor's degree or above with majoring in HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and related.

• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor，Six sigma green belt

• More than 8 years product quality management experience. Compressor related work experience is preferred.

• Good written and spoken English, proficient in office software, Minitab. Good mathematical statistical analysis ability, skilled use of quality tools (8D,FMEA,SPC,MSA,CP,PPAP)
