This role is a key focus on TA COE fountion across APAC region for operational efficiency and effectiveness ; By providing service, advisory& developing strong relationships with all key stakeholders, manging vendor, this role need to actively contribute to the implementation of strategic initiatives to improve TA operations outcomes for the Carrier .
Key Responsibilities:
As a (specify role), you’ll be responsible for:
- Partner with HR business partners and business leaders in APAC to drive TA standard works on key process maps, hire policy and TA projects;
- Responsible for the fulfillment of the hiring plan and talent acquisition strategy cross BU for APAC region with leadership of TA lead;
- Act as local SME of workday recruitment system, report and functional operation; Cooperate with HRT team with ticket tracking and problem solving within assigned function;
- Lead or attend strategic Talent Acquisition CoE initiatives on vendor review, key job portal contract management and TA cost analysis to ensure TA operation effectiveness together with TA team;
- Drive RPO KPI in Japan/ Thailand/Vietnam and China with differrent service providers , lead the change management and performacne improvement plan for assigned regions and countries ;
- Improve and implement recruitment procedures as well as processes, including selection techniques, assessment to identify right candidates for right position;
- Manage external and internal communication channels (WeChat, Job Boards etc.) to enthusiastically promote company as a great place to work
- Support local and global TA projects (Social Recruiting, Campus Recruiting, Internship Program, Talent Referral, Employer Branding etc.)
- Oversee the market intelligence to provide analysis of the competition and report findings, recommendations & actions to stakeholders.

Requirements

As a minimum you must have:
- Bachelor/ MA degree in Human resources or similar relevant field
- More than 3 years of recruiting experience in manufacturing industry, medical devices background is preferred.
- Strong ownership on execution with a high drive for results, with excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes
- Hands on experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Impactful presentation style, excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
- A positive, “can do” attitude
- Fluent in English both oral and written ", Japanese skill is preferred for this role
