2.工作职责:
1) 工程自动化程序开发与效率优化 / Engineering Automation Programming
熟练使用 Python、C++ 开发工程自动化脚本与工具,针对机械设计、BOM整理、图纸处理、数据统计,实现程序化自动处理;持续迭代自动化工具,优化运行逻辑,提升工作效率。
Highly proficient in Python and C++ to develop engineering automation scripts and tools, realizing programmable automatic processing for mechanical design, BOM sorting, drawing processing and data statistics; continuously iterate automation tools and optimize operational logic to improve overall work efficiency.
2) 工厂产品ERP BOM标准化落地 / Factory ERP BOM Standardization
熟悉工厂现有机械产品图纸、物料结构、BOM,能快速排查现有BOM数据等问题;搭建统一、规范、可复用的产品BOM标准化体系、编码规则、层级结构与数据规范;主导BOM标准化落地、数据校对、整改与迭代更新,保障产品BOM数据准确、统一、可追溯,支撑生产、采购、设计全流程协同。
Familiar with existing factory mechanical product drawings, material structures and BOM systems, capable of quickly identifying defects and inconsistencies in current BOM data. Establish unified, standardized and reusable product BOM systems, coding rules, hierarchical structures and data specifications. Lead the implementation, data calibration, rectification and iterative optimization of BOM standardization to ensure accurate, consistent and traceable product BOM data, and support full-process collaboration among design, procurement and production teams.
3)机械数字化设计与图纸优化 / Mechanical Digital Design & Drawing Optimization
熟悉Creo、AutoCAD 完成机械产品三维建模、二维工程图出图、图纸标准化优化;结合BOM标准统一图纸参数、物料标注、结构信息,实现图纸与BOM数据一一对应、精准匹配,保障设计成果合规、标准、可直接用于生产落地。
Familiar with mechanical 3D modeling and 2D engineering drawing optimization with Creo and AutoCAD. Unify drawing parameters, material labels and structural information based on BOM standards to realize one-to-one accurate matching between drawings and BOM data, ensuring all design deliverables are compliant, standardized and production-oriented.
4)工程类网页工具开发与落地 / Engineering Web Tool Development
根据工厂工程业务需求,独立开发轻量化工程网页端工具,涵盖BOM查询、数据录入、标准化校验、图纸管理、自动化任务调用等功能;完成网页功能迭代、bug修复、使用培训与落地推广,为工程团队提供可视化、便捷化的数字化办公工具。
Develop lightweight engineering web tools independently according to factory business requirements, including BOM query, data entry, standard verification, drawing management and automated task invocation. Complete function iteration, bug fixing, user training and project promotion to provide visual and convenient digital tools for the engineering team.
5)AI技术落地工程场景 / AI-driven Engineering Application
主动探索AI驱动的工程设计、数据处理、BOM优化场景,结合自身编程与机械工程知识,尝试落地AI辅助图纸识别、BOM智能校对、工程数据智能分析、设计参数智能优化等功能,持续推动工厂工程工作智能化升级。
Actively explore AI-driven application scenarios in engineering design and data processing. Combine programming capabilities and mechanical engineering knowledge to implement AI-assisted drawing recognition, intelligent BOM verification, engineering data analysis and design parameter optimization, and continuously promote intelligent upgrading of factory engineering workflows.
3录用条件:
1).学历要求Education:
本科学历,工程或自动化或数字化相关专业优先。
Bachelor degree , majoring in Engineering Manufacturing and Automation Preferred.
2). 工作经验Work experience:
拥有 2–5 年机械数字化、BOM 体系管理或工程自动化相关领域工作经验。
2 to 5 years of experience in above technology area
3). 核心必备专业技能Core Technical Skills (Must-have):
高度精通 Creo、AutoCAD、Python、C++;熟练掌握 Python 与 C++ 为硬性必备条件,可独立完成各类工程自动化脚本与工具开发;
能够运用 Creo、AutoCAD 开展机械结构设计与工程图纸标准化优化工作;
具备网页开发专业能力,可自主搭建并持续迭代轻量化工程网页平台。
Proficiency with Creo, AutoCAD, Python, C++, Proficient in Python and C++ (mandatory), capable of independently developing engineering automation scripts and tools. Skilled in mechanical design and drawing optimization with Creo and AutoCAD. Possess web development capabilities to independently develop and iterate lightweight engineering web tools
4). 语言能力Language ability:
CET-6;英语听说读写流利,完成跨团队英文技术沟通。
English skills - oral, reading and writing fluently, CET-6 must.

- Strong interest in intelligent industrial software and design automation; quick learner, eager to delve into technologies, with clear logical thinking.
