Technical Support Engineer

角色职责:

• Communication w/ overseas salesmen to understand project requirements.

• Provide Technical support of Airside products to overseas sales team.

• Product marketing info gathering and analysis.

• Product training w/ overseas sales team.

• Airside projects and related data management.

• Business trip if necessary.

角色 目的:

• Provide technical support for the overseas sales of AS products，and continuously improve the success rate of projects by offering competitive product ETO selection plans and cost reduction measures

• Product range: AHU/FCU

• Regions (including but not limited to) : Asia-Pacific, Middle East, Central America, Africa, Australia......

最低要求:

• Bachelor degree, major in HVAC engineering preferred.

• More than 3 years technical support experience for overseas projects of airside products.

• Proficient speaking and writing skills in english.

• Skills of microsoft office software, AutoCAD and AHU selection tools.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with sales team and customers.

• Responsible and trustful.
