About the role

Established Structural Engineering professional. Conducts range of activities associated with analysis to develop design options or recommendations for products and processes. Designs new products and processes, performs structural engineering analysis, and provides technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Eng, Structrl Engrg, you’ll be responsible for:

• 整机结构方案研发设计负责大多联（多联机室内机、室外机）整机结构开发与方案设计，涵盖机架钣金、风道系统、面板组件、管路排布、减震降噪、密封防护等核心结构设计。根据产品立项需求、性能指标、安装工况，输出结构总体方案，完成3D建模、结构布局优化、尺寸链校核、公差匹配设计，保障产品结构强度、散热效率、降噪效果、防水防尘等核心性能达标。
• 图纸输出与标准化落地独立完成大多联产品全套2D工程图纸、BOM清单、装配工艺文件、检验标准编制输出，严格遵循公司研发标准、行业暖通规范。负责零部件结构标准化、通用化、模块化设计，梳理通用件、标准件库，降低产品开模成本与物料冗余，提升大多联系列产品迭代效率与量产通用性。
• 样机验证与问题整改全程跟进新品样机试制、组装调试、可靠性测试全过程，负责拆解复盘、结构适配性验证，及时解决试制、测试过程中出现的装配干涉、结构松动、共振异响、漏风漏水、管路应力异常、运输变形等结构问题。输出问题整改方案、验证报告，闭环解决各类结构质量隐患，保障产品满足高低温、振动、淋雨、跌落等可靠性试验标准。
• 量产落地与工艺优化对接生产工艺、注塑、钣金、外协供应链，评估结构设计的量产可行性、装配便捷性、成本可控性，优化结构工艺，简化装配流程，降低生产不良率与制造成本。跟进量产批次结构异常、市场售后结构类问题，快速定位根因，输出结构优化、工艺整改、图纸变更方案，保障批量产品质量稳定。
• 项目协同与技术评审配合电控、流体、制冷、风道等研发团队，协同完成整机性能匹配优化，同步解决结构与管路、电控部件、风道系统的适配冲突。参与项目各阶段方案评审、图纸会审、试产评审，审核外协结构图纸、改型方案，把控产品结构设计质量、进度与风险，输出各类技术文档、复盘总结报告。
• 技术沉淀与迭代升级跟踪行业大多联产品结构新技术、新工艺、新结构趋势，对标竞品结构设计优势，持续优化产品轻量化、降噪、节能、安装便捷性结构方案。建立结构设计案例库、问题库、标准化手册，沉淀研发经验，支撑系列化新品迭代与老产品升级改型。 

Requirements

As a minimum you must have:

• 学历专业本科及以上学历，机械设计、机械工程、暖通空调、模具设计等相关专业，2年及以上空调、暖通设备、大多联机结构研发设计经验，熟悉商用多联机产品结构者优先。
• 技能能力熟练使用UG、Creo、CAD等结构设计软件，精通钣金、注塑、压铸件结构设计原理，熟练掌握公差分析、尺寸链校核、结构强度及振动降噪优化设计。熟悉多联机风道结构、减震结构、密封结构、管路排布设计逻辑，掌握暖通产品可靠性测试标准与量产工艺要求。
• 专业素养熟悉暖通产品设计规范、钣金及模具加工工艺，具备独立完成大多联整机结构从方案设计、图纸输出、样机验证到量产落地的全流程能力。具备良好的问题分析能力、项目推进能力，能快速解决试制、量产、市场端各类结构技术问题。
• 综合素质工作严谨负责，具备较强的成本意识、质量意识、标准化意识，善于跨部门沟通协作，能适配项目进度节点高效推进工作，有大型家电企业、暖通头部企业大多联结构研发经验者优先。

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

• 有商用大多联、屋顶机、壁挂机、中央空调整机结构独立开发落地经验；
• 精通多联机降噪减震、风道优化、防水防尘结构专项设计；
• 具备结构模块化、标准化体系搭建及降本优化项目经验。
