About the role

Established Systems Engineering professional. Analyzes all levels of total system products, prepares technical reports and works on multiple projects supporting total systems analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Eng, Systems Engrg, you’ll be responsible for:

• 参与 HVAC / 制冷 / 控制类产品的控制系统设计与开发

• 根据系统需求（SRD / SSRD），完成控制逻辑与策略实现，承接整机开发与嵌入式开发

• 与系统、软件、硬件、测试团队协作，支持产品开发与问题闭环

• 参与控制器交付相关的技术文档编制（原始需求，控制实现，验收标准）

Requirements

As a minimum you must have:

• 本科及以上学历，自动化、控制工程、电子、机械/制冷相关专业

• 理解空调系统的产品应用，熟悉产品化开发流程

• 2–5 年控制系统或相关工程经验（ VRF 系统and 北美产品prefered）

• 具备控制理论基础（如 PID、逻辑控制、状态机、时序图等）

• 具备良好的工程思维、分析、逻辑与沟通能力

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

• 了解至少一种控制/开发工具或语言（如 C、MATLAB、Simulink）(加分项)

• 了解硬件设计（电气原理，STM32芯片等）(加分项)

• 熟悉系统工程流程或需求文档体系

• 具备调试或现场支持经验

• 具备基本英文技术交流能力
