About the role

Established professional in Manufacturing Engineering. Designs the arrangement of machines and sequence of operations, and checks that mandatory modifications are incorporated to ensure legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

As a NPI Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:

1. 新品评审与可制造性评估:
参与商用空调(如多联机、热泵、单元机等)新品研发立项及设计评审,从制造工艺、装配效率、
成本控制角度提出可制造性分析报告(DFM/DFA)。
负责新品样机的试制跟进,协调研发与生产资源,确保技术方案落地。
2. 试产导入与工艺验证:
主导新产品的导入全过程,制定详细的试产计划(EVT/DVT/PVT)。
负责新品在工厂端的装配工艺验证,包括钣金结构配合、管路焊接走向、线束布局合理性等。
组织试产总结会议,推动研发、生产部门解决试产中的技术问题,完成试产报告。
3. 工艺文件编制:
编制及维护新产品相关的工艺文件,包括:SOP(作业指导书)、流程图、PFMEA(过程失效
模式分析)、控制计划、标准工时测算、工艺定额等。
4. 工装夹具与设备规划:
针对新品特点,提出生产所需的工装夹具、检具及特殊设备需求,并参与设计与验收。
5. 量产技术支持:
负责新品导入到量产阶段的平稳过渡,对生产线员工进行新工艺、新技能的培训。
解决量产初期出现的突发工艺问题和装配质量问题。

Requirements

As a minimum you must have:

1. 学历与专业背景
统招本科及以上学历(条件优秀者可放宽至大专)。
专业要求:机械设计制造及其自动化、材料成型、暖通空调、制冷与低温工程、热能与动力工程等相关专业。
2. 工作经验
2年以上商用空调/暖通设备行业工作经验,其中至少2年以上NPI或产品工艺设计经验。

熟悉商用空调(如单元机、多联机、热泵等其中至少一类)的整机结构及生产流程者优先。
3. 专业技能
识图与绘图能力:熟练阅读机械图纸(二维/三维),熟练使用AutoCAD,至少熟练使用一款三维软件(如Creo, UG)进行工装设计或结构修改。
工艺知识:熟悉钣金加工(冲压、折弯)、铜管管路钎焊、两器(换热器)生产、电气装配、制冷系统抽真空及冷媒充注等工艺。
体系工具:了解NPI流程,熟练运用PFMEA、CP、SPC等质量工具。
动手能力:具备较强的动手能力,能独立完成样机拆装、问题复现及现场指导。
4.语言能力:英语4级
5. 综合素质
推动能力。
沟通协调能力:需要频繁对接研发、生产、采购、质量等部门,需具备较强的跨部门沟通及项目问题解决能力:具备现场异常问题的敏锐洞察力和逻辑分析能力,能快速定位装配或设计问题根源。
抗压能力: 能适应试产阶段的加班和产线跟线节奏。
