About the role

• 作为 P3 岗位，需对初级软件工程师进行技术指导与培训，分享经验与技术见解，提升团队整体技术水平。
• ​积极参与跨部门协作，与硬件团队、测试团队、产品团队等保持高效沟通，推动项目顺利进行。

Key Responsibilities:

角色职责:

• 深度剖析空调产品的复杂功能需求，独立主导空调主控软件架构的搭建，从软件需求分析、详细设计，到最终的编码实现，把控全流程。例如，针对智能空调的复杂场景联动功能，设计高稳定性、低延迟的软件架构，确保数据交互的流畅性。
• ​负责开发并持续优化空调核心功能模块，像压缩机、风机、电子膨胀阀等的驱动控制算法。利用先进控制理论，如自适应控制算法，提升压缩机在复杂工况下的运行效率与稳定性，降低能耗。
• 全面负责空调产品的软硬件系统联调工作，对主板进行全方位的功能、性能及稳定性测试。运用专业工具与方法，快速定位并解决软硬件集成过程中出现的各类问题，保障产品按时、高质量交付。

Requirements

最低要求:

• 本科及以上学历，电子信息工程、自动化、计算机科学与技术、软件工程等相关专业。​

• ​精通 C/C++ 编程语言，具备深厚的编程功底与出色的编程风格，能够独立完成复杂且高难度的软件模块开发。

• ​熟悉嵌入式系统开发全流程，熟练掌握至少一种主流嵌入式开发平台，如 ARM、STM32 等，并能灵活运用。

• ​深入了解空调工作原理与常见控制算法，精通电机驱动、传感器数据采集与处理等技术。

• ​熟练掌握常用通信协议，如 RS485、CAN、I2C 等，能够实现稳定、高效的设备间数据通信。

• ​熟练使用至少一种调试工具，如示波器、逻辑分析仪等，具备快速、精准定位与解决软硬件问题的能力。

• ​具备良好的英语读写能力，能够流畅阅读英文技术文档与资料。

• ​​具有 3 - 5 年空调或其他家电产品嵌入式软件开发经验，有完整的空调产品软件项目开发经验者优先。

• ​有主导过复杂功能模块开发，或解决过重大技术难题的经验者更佳。
