Key Responsibilities:

As a Sr Eng, Structrl Engrg, you’ll be responsible for:

• 负责VRF外机及内机产品的整机与关键部件结构设计开发
• 参与新产品方案评估，输出结构设计方案及技术风险识别
• 完成3D建模、2D出图及BOM编制，并确保设计数据准确性
• 协同性能、电控及制造团队，推进产品开发
• 跟进样机试制、测试验证及问题闭环，持续优化结构设计
• 评估并优化结构方案的可制造性、装配性及成本
• 支持生产过程问题分析与改善，提高量产稳定性
• 参与供应商技术沟通及关键零部件技术评审
• 支持新冷媒（如R32、R454B）相关结构安全设计及合规性要求落地

Requirements

As a minimum you must have:

• 机械设计、制冷或相关专业
• 3年以上空调或家电产品结构设计经验（有VRF或空调经验优先）
• 熟练使用主流3D设计软件（Creo / UG等）及2D制图工具（CAD）
• 熟悉钣金、塑料、配管等空调结构设计及制造工艺
• 具备产品开发经验，能够独立完成设计任务
• 具备良好的问题分析与解决能力
• 良好的沟通能力及团队协作意识
