About the role

• This position is for a seasoned professional in Test and Validation, who works independently, measures, analyzes, and calibrates equipment on medium to large platforms/projects/systems. Trains lower level team members. Prepares equipment for complex testing on medium to large platforms, and oversees the preparation of equipment for testing on smaller to medium platforms/projects/systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• 负责空调及相关控制系统的软件测试工作，覆盖 功能测试、系统测试、回归测试

• 基于需求文档（SRS / SSRD / PRD 等）进行 测试分析、测试方案设计及测试用例编写

• 独立执行 手动测试，有效发现、定位和跟踪软件缺陷，推动问题按期关闭

• 参与并推动 自动化测试 的落地，包括但不限于： 自动化测试用例的设计、开发和维护 自动化测试结果分析与问题反馈

• 参与版本发布前的质量评估，输出测试报告及质量风险判断

• 与开发、系统工程、产品等跨职能团队协作（包含海外/全球团队），提升整体软件质量和测试效率

• 参与测试流程、测试规范及测试资产（用例库、测试数据、测试工具）的持续优化

Requirements

As a minimum you must have:

• 本科及以上学历，计算机、自动化、电子、通信等相关专业
• 3–5 年 软件测试 / QA 相关工作经验，具备 独立承担模块或系统测试的能力
• 同时具备 手动测试和自动化测试的实际经验
• 具备良好的质量意识、问题分析能力和跨团队沟通能力

测试与技术能力

• 熟悉软件测试流程和方法（功能测试、回归测试、缺陷管理等）
• 能独立完成测试用例设计、测试执行、缺陷分析和问题定位
• 至少熟悉一种自动化测试技术或框架，例如： Python + Pytest Robot Framework 或企业内部 / 自研自动化测试框架
• 具备基础的 接口测试、日志分析和系统问题定位能力

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

行业与产品经验（优先）

• 有空调 / HVAC / 家电 / 工业控制 / 嵌入式系统相关测试经验者优先
• 有以下任一经验者优先考虑： 控制板、主板、网关、IoT 相关测试经验 串口、Modbus、RS485、MQTT 等通信或协议测试经验 软件与硬件、系统联合调试经验

英语能力要求

• 具备良好的英语读写能力，能够熟练阅读英文需求文档、技术文档和测试资料
• 具备基本的英语口语沟通能力，可参与英文会议，与海外团队进行日常工作沟通
• 有 跨区域 / 全球团队协作经验者优先
