About the role

• 与研发、质量及工艺团队紧密协作，负责电控相关测试工作，确保测试过程规范、数据准确，为产品研发、质量分析及物料验证提供支持。

Key Responsibilities:

As a Test technician, you’ll be responsible for:

• 依据产品需求、行业标准及研发规范，制定测试用例，独立完成样机功能性能、电气参数、老化、高低温、硬件驱动等可靠性测试工作。
• 工作中需精准排查电路异常、元器件故障、性能偏差等各类硬件问题，详细记录测试数据与缺陷信息，输出规范完整的测试报告。
• 协同硬件研发团队进行问题复现、整改验证，全程跟进问题闭环，优化测试流程与用例，完善测试标准体系。
• 负责日常测试仪器的维护、校验与管理，归档各类测试资料。
• 要求熟悉数模电路基础，能看懂原理图，熟练使用示波器、万用表、直流电源等测试工具，工作严谨细心、责任心强，具备良好的问题分析溯源能力和团队协作意识。

Requirements

As a minimum you must have:

• 大专及以上学历
• 电子、通信、计算机、软件、自动化、机电等相关专业；
• 熟悉基本电路原理；
• 熟练使用示波器、万用表等测试设备；
• 持有电工证者优先。
• 具备电子电路设计或应用相关经验者优先
• 熟练使用Word、Excel等办公软件
• 表达清晰、沟通顺畅、性格开朗积极、诚实守信、工作踏实
• 具备良好的学习能力及执行力
