About the role
角色职责:
全面负责西南区域(川、黔、渝、滇、藏)零售业务,主导市场拓展与业务落地。
带领零售团队高效达成销售目标,精准管控市场费用、销售预算及应收账款风险。
开展客户开发与深度维护工作,持续扩大品牌影响力与产品市场占有率。
搭建团队培养体系,通过培训、赋能与协调,助力成员提升业绩与专业能力。
为区域内客户及代理商提供合规支持,保障销售量与销售额稳步增长
最低要求:
学历要求:大学及以上学历,商务类或技术类专业,供热 / 水暖工程专业优先。
经验要求:5 年以上相关行业或相关业务工作经验。
专业能力:具备扎实的产品与行业背景知识,熟练掌握专业销售技能。
核心素养:沟通与谈判能力出色,诚信可靠、自信得体,工作投入度高。
综合能力:具备团队协作、创新思维与规划能力,可独立完成销售任务并辅导团队成员。
领导能力:拥有优秀的领导统筹能力,能带领团队高效达成目标。
