Job Description

  • 负责业务开拓与销售目标达成:负责无锡及泰州区域售后服务传统业务,完成公司制定的业绩指标。
  • 提供技术方案与客户支持:为客户诊断空调系统问题,提供定制化的维保、改造或能源优化技术解决方案,并完成方案报价与投标。
  • 维护并深化客户关系:定期拜访与维护现有客户(如大型商业综合体、工厂等),确保服务合约高质量执行,提升客户满意度和长期合作忠诚度。
  • 开发区域市场与收集信息:积极开拓新客户与新项目机会,收集分析市场与竞争对手动态,推广开利服务品牌。
  • 协同内部团队确保交付:与公司内部技术、售后等部门紧密协作,将客户需求转化为可执行的服务项目,并确保方案顺利交付。

Minimum Requirements

  • Requires advanced knowledge obtained through a University degree, combined with experience
  • Practical to substantial knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work
  • University Degree or equivalent
  • A minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience
  • OR
  • An advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years experience
