About the role

As a member of the R&D team, this role is responsible for planning, executing and controlling the standards and approval engineering processes, as well as managing the creation and content of technical documentation. The role also supports R&D patent processes, project implementation and ensures transparency in execution, while strictly complying with company rules and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Certification Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:

Cooperation in a cross-functional project team. 

在跨职能项目团队中进行合作。

Planning, execution and control projects in the task area. 

在任务领域进行项目的计划、执行和控制。

Resource-optimized project organisation. 

项目组织的资源优化。

Break down standard and approval requirements into work packages so that the product release meets the requirements. 

将标准和批准要求分解为工作包，使产品发布符合要求。

Ensuring and channelling the transfer of information.

确保和引导信息的传递。

Successful product launches according to QCD aspects as per PEP. 

根据PEP, QCD，成功发布产品。

Continuous and transparent project reporting.

Apply for R&D patent and utility models under consideration of IP protection. 

考虑到知识产权保护，申请研发专利。

Collaboration with Vi-departments (Germany, Turkey, Shanghai, Beijing) 

与菲斯曼各部门合作(德国、土耳其、上海、北京)

Be responsible for the R&D documents management which related to CCC certificate; 

负责与CCC认证相关的研发部门的文件管理。

Technical Liaison of CCC certificate.

Other tasks from the immediate supervisor.

Requirements

As a minimum you must have:

Studies at University, Bachelor. 

本科及以上学历

Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.

Project management

High flexibility with changing tasks and requirements.
