About the role

负责从全局视角规划、实施并维护空调嵌入式软件信息安全防护体系，保障数据的完整性、可用性与保密性‌。

Key Responsibilities:

角色职责:

• 主导空调系统核心算法开发，如模型预测控制（MPC）、PID控制等，提升温湿度调节精度与能效‌。
• 基于实时数据优化算法参数，动态调整制冷/制热策略，平衡能耗与舒适性‌。
• 应用机器学习（如支持向量机、神经网络）建立能耗预测模型，制定个性化调控策略‌。
• 开发人感交互算法，实现“风避人吹”“温湿精控”等智能场景‌。
• 完成空调运行数据清洗、特征提取及标准化处理，构建高质量训练数据集‌。
• 优化模型训练流程，通过参数调优提升预测准确率与算法鲁棒性‌。
• 针对健康、节能等场景开发专项AI技术，如自清洁算法、除醛控湿方案‌。
• 集成4G/5G物联技术，实现远程控制、故障预警等智能功能‌。
• 制定算法测试方案，完成功能验证（如防直吹响应速度、除湿效率测试）‌。
• 分析台架测试与现场运行数据，迭代优化算法性能‌。
• 协同硬件团队完成控制器开发，确保算法与空调硬件（如压缩机、传感器）的兼容性‌。
• 为售后团队提供技术支援，解决算法相关的现场运行问题‌。
• 跟踪AI控制技术趋势，探索生成式AI、大语言模型（LLM）在空调场景的创新应用‌。
• 推动MPC算法与物联网、数字孪生技术的融合升级‌。

Requirements

As a minimum you must have:

• 本科及以上学历，211和985大学优先；
• 电子信息、工程技术、自动化或相关专业；

• 熟悉MATLAB/Simulink等仿真工具，并掌握Python/TensorFlow等算法开发工具链‌；

• 具备5年及以上工作经验；

• 具有空调软件开发相关经验者优先。
