ME Sr. Engineer

About the role

The role is responsible for improving production productivity through industrial engineering and lean methods, eliminating waste, optimizing layouts, and introducing new equipment, technologies and fixtures. The position supports continuous improvement initiatives in production operations and ensures all activities are conducted in compliance with company rules and regulations.

        负责所责区域流水线及CELL Line的效率、降本、布局及物流改善， 同时支持部门内外及工厂精益转型、精益物流、VSM改善等持续改善活动

Key Responsibilities:

• 现有产品瓶颈改善，布局优化，节拍提升，设备OEE提升
• 新产品不同阶段主导：新设备导入、新工艺验证，新产线架设、防错设计、试量产工艺保证及节拍达成
• 参与工厂精益转型、VSM设计、物流规划、布局改善等
• 作业指导书、PFMEA、Control Plan、PFEP、KPC等管理文件的编制及持续改善
• 对生产、质量、设备等日常异常问题的改善及专项改善活动
• 上级安排的其他任务

Requirements

• 本科学历，机电、工业工程、汽车等背景，年龄30岁左右

• 5~8年以上规模以上企业工作经验，白电、汽车行业优先

• 有团队管理经验者优先

• 良好的团队管理能力，跨部门沟通能力，推动问题解决能力

• 敢于担责，能承受压力

• 掌握精益生产、精益物流、质量工具等常用的工具和方法论

• 具备一定的英语听、说，读、写能力
