PMC Specialist

About the role
The role is responsible for analyzing, controlling and optimizing inventory, maintaining the supply chain of assigned materials, and managing MRP operations to ensure material availability. The position works closely with cross‑functional teams and suppliers to ensure on‑time delivery, smooth customs clearance of import materials, and compliance with company rules and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Day to day activities for maintaining the supply chain of responsible materials
所负责材料供应链的日常维护
Analyze, control and optimize inventory
分析,控制并优化库存
Monitor MRP operations and PR release
监控MRP运算和PR的释放
Maintain SAP master data of responsible materials
维护SAP里所负责的物料数据
Issue orders to suppliers and follow up orders, to make sure the delivery of the suppliers is on time
向供应商发放订单并跟踪订单的执行情况, 确保供应商按时交货
Work closely with Purchasing Engineer to implement strategic purchasing method of responsible materials
与采购工程师密切合作,实施所负责物料的战略采购计划
Solve material problems (such as quantity, quality, invoices, etc.) with relevant departments, supervise the delivery of suppliers to avoid shortage of materials and the delay of projects.

Check material safety stock and order points
检查物料安全库存和起订点
To file and keep the documentation related to purchasing activities. Necessary statistics and reports.

Customs clearance of import materials.
进口物料的清关以及相关工作
Managing and training of MRP controllers
管理和培训物料计划员
Other tasks from the immediate supervisor.

Requirements
As a minimum you must have:
Bachelor Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain or Economics
物流或供应链或经济学学士学位
Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience

Office software, excellent in Excel

Computer use and text type
