About the role
The role is responsible for planning, executing and controlling product or module releases within R&D projects. This position leads cross-functional project teams, ensures transparent and goal-oriented project implementation, and supports successful product launches in line with quality, cost and delivery (QCD) requirements, while complying with company rules and regulations.
本岗位负责研发项目中产品或模块的发布计划、执行与控制,领导跨职能项目团队,确保项目实施过程透明、目标清晰,并在符合质量、成本和交付(QCD)要求的前提下,支持产品成功发布,同时严格遵守公司相关规章制度。
Key Responsibilities:
As a Program Management, you’ll be responsible for:
Leadership of a cross-functional project team.

Planning, execution and control of development projects

Resource-optimized project organization

Synchronized team backlogs and optimal team control

Break down requirements into work packages in projects and schedule the processing so that the product release meets the requirements

Ensuring and channeling the transfer of information (defect management, training of multipliers, status reports)

Successful product/modul launches according to QCD aspects as per PDP

Continuous and transparent project reporting

Other tasks from the immediate supervisor.

Requirements
As a minimum you must have:
Engineering studies at University, Bachelor in Mechanical and Power Engineering

Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience

High flexibility with changing tasks and requirements
