About the role

As the primary customer service interface for overseas customers, you will provide a full range of customer support services to ensure accurate and efficient execution of the factory’s daily export operations. You will also provide strong operational support to the export sales team, continuously improve customer NPS, and contribute to the achievement and sustainable growth of the company’s export business objectives.

作为海外客户服务对接人,你将为海外客户提供一系列的客户支持服务,确保工厂出口日常业务正确、高效地运转。同时为出口销售部门提供强有力的支持,不断提升 NPS,推动公司出口业务目标的达成和持续增长。

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the export sales team to collect and manage orders from overseas sales companies, process orders accurately and timely within the factory, and provide feedback via the OA system. 

协同出口销售部门,按时收集管理海外销售公司下达给工厂的订单,在工厂内部正确及时地处理这些订单,并反馈OA给海外销售公司。

  • Manage export orders efficiently, coordinate with the PMC team on production scheduling, and ensure on-time delivery (OTD). 

正确并高效地管理所有出口业务订单,衔接 PMC 部门,对出口订单的生产进行合理安排,确保 OTD 达成率。

  • Manage end-to-end export logistics, including booking, customs coordination, vessel scheduling, clearance documents and sales confirmation, to ensure OTD and improve logistics efficiency and responsiveness. 

管理整个部门的出口物流发货工作,包括订舱、配合报关、船期安排、清关单据、销售确认等,确保 OTD 达成率,提升物流服务响应速度和物流操作效率,为客户提供及时的物流支持。

  • Support the sales team in preparing monthly sales forecasts and N+4 rolling forecasts, and support forecast achievement through order, production and logistics coordination. 

配合销售部门一起制作月度销售预测以及 N+4 销售预测,并在订单管理、生产排产、物流发货等方面,为月度销售预测的达成提供有力支持。

  • Prepare, analyze and report sales-related data to support sales forecasting and business decisions. 

销售相关数据的整理、统计与分析,生成销售报表,为销售预测及业务决策提供支持。

  • Act as the factory’s customer service interface, coordinate with internal teams, and support overseas sales companies on delivery schedules, basic product or technical inquiries, and other business matters. 

作为工厂对接客户的服务窗口,协调各部门,对于海外销售公司在产品交期,一些基础的产品或者技术问题咨询,及其他业务询问上给与支持。

  • Support the sales team in managing valid parts lists and pricing for export products. 

协助销售部门一起管理所有出口产品零部件的有效清单和价格。

  • Assist with accounts receivable follow-up and collection activities. 

协助销售部门做好应收账款的催收和管理。

  • Other tasks from the immediate supervisor.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in International Trade, Marketing, or related fields.  本科及以上学历,国际贸易、市场营销或相关专业优先。

  • Experience in export technical support, overseas business support, order support, or related roles.  

具备海外销售、海外大客户服务支持、出口物流操作相关工作经验。

  • Strong communication, coordination, and work-leadership skills, able to guide others, provide constructive feedback, and drive alignment in cross-cultural and cross-functional environments.  

具备良好的沟通、协调及工作带领能力,能够指导他人、提供有效反馈,并在跨文化、跨部门环境中推动协同。

  • Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing; able to use English as a working language.  

英语听说读写熟练,能够作为工作语言使用。
