About the role
- As a member of the system engineering team, this role is responsible for system integration and architecture design for heating systems, including gas devices and electric water heaters. The position coordinates, executes and monitors complex development activities, ensuring system-level performance, quality and compliance with company standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Sr. System Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:
Collaboration in development projects 在开发的项目中进行合作
System integration concept (from the modul to a complete system) and system description 系统概念集成（从模块到完整系统）和系统描述
Specification of electrical, functional and mechanical interfaces 电气、功能和机械接口规范
Determination of system performance parameters 系统性能参数的确定
Coordinate technical parameters to optimize the system 协调技术参数以优化系统
Evaluate requirements in terms of technical feasibility 根据技术可行性评估需求
Creation of component requirements / technical specification in English/Chinese 使用中文/英文创建组件要求和技术规范
Implement system architecture (integration of subsystems / modulus to systems) 实施系统架构（子系统/模块到系统的集成）
Technical specifications for development teams and their coordination 开发团队的技术规范及团队协调
Provision of technical data, device parameters and test specification 提供技术数据、设备参数和测试规范
Product optimization, Interpretation of field test data and derivation of measures 产品优化、现场测试数据解读及措施推导
3rd-level-support, error analyses within the framework of defect management 三级支持，缺陷管理框架内的错误分析
Achieving the required standard & quality labels and approvals and attestations of conformity of the system 达到要求的标准和质量标签以及系统符合性的批准和证明
Determination of preventive measures to achieve the quality objectives 确定实现质量目标的预防措施
Contributions for technical documentation (functional descriptions) 参与技术文档（功能描述）
Apply for patents and utility models 申请专利和实用新型
Collaboration with Vi-departments (Germany, Turkey, Shanghai, Beijing, Vietnam) 与Vi部门的合作（德国，上海，北京）
Other tasks from the immediate supervisor. 上级安排的其他任务。
Requirements
As a minimum you must have:
Engineering studies at University, Bachelor 工程学学士学位
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience 不少于 3 年相关工作经验
Analytical thinking, goal-oriented and structured way of working 分析的思维，目标导向，结构化的工作方式

Product knowledge 生产的认识
General knowledge in heating technology, electrical engineering, measurement and control technology, hydraulics and materials technology standards and guidelines 关于供热技术，电气工程，测控技术，水力学和材料技术标准指南的基本知识
