Key Duties and Responsibilities
Sales & Strategy:
Execute sales plans andestablishnew distribution channels.
Drive revenue and EBIT growth to meet Aftermarket sales targets.
Expand market share in Cold Storage (Land), Telematics, Modifications, and REN sales.
Client Management:
Build andmaintainstrong customer relationships through regular on-site visits.
Understand customer needs to propose tailored Carrier product solutions.
Identifygrowth opportunities and gather market intelligence.
Operations & Compliance:
Ensure all activities strictly adhere to Carrier China and Global sales policies/compliance.
Manage the end-to-end orderfulfilmentprocess and respond promptly to inquiries.
Provideaccuratemonthly sales forecasts and pipeline status updates.
Analysemarket demand, perform gap analyses, andprovideregular performance insights.
Qualifications
Education:Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Experience:Minimum 3 years in marketing or a related field; deep familiarity with refrigerated containers and cold chainlogistics.
Network:An established client network within the industry is highly preferred.
Skills:
Strong market analysis, promotional, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills.
Proficiencyin standard office software and operating systems.
Able to communicate through using Office presentation tool.
Language:CET-4 or above; proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
Requirements:Meticulous, highly responsible, and willing to travel for business.
