Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Sales & Strategy:

  • Execute sales plans andestablishnew distribution channels.

  • Drive revenue and EBIT growth to meet Aftermarket sales targets.

  • Expand market share in Cold Storage (Land), Telematics, Modifications, and REN sales.

  • Client Management:

  • Build andmaintainstrong customer relationships through regular on-site visits.

  • Understand customer needs to propose tailored Carrier product solutions.

  • Identifygrowth opportunities and gather market intelligence.

  • Operations & Compliance:

  • Ensure all activities strictly adhere to Carrier China and Global sales policies/compliance.

  • Manage the end-to-end orderfulfilmentprocess and respond promptly to inquiries.

  • Provideaccuratemonthly sales forecasts and pipeline status updates.

  • Analysemarket demand, perform gap analyses, andprovideregular performance insights.

Qualifications

  • Education:Bachelor’s degree or higher.

  • Experience:Minimum 3 years in marketing or a related field; deep familiarity with refrigerated containers and cold chainlogistics.

  • Network:An established client network within the industry is highly preferred.

  • Skills:

  • Strong market analysis, promotional, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills.

  • Proficiencyin standard office software and operating systems.

  • Able to communicate through using Office presentation tool. 

  • Language:CET-4 or above; proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking).

  • Requirements:Meticulous, highly responsible, and willing to travel for business.
